Founded in 2025, Vital Trust Ambulances was created to meet a critical need: providing dignified, high-quality medical care for tourists in Quintana Roo.
With a clear vision to deliver fully integrated medical transport services, we support patients from the moment an emergency occurs through every stage of their medical journey, ensuring continuous care, coordination, and peace of mind.
In complex situations, we also coordinate international transfers and, in the unfortunate event of a patient’s passing, provide professional repatriation services to their home country.
